How much in advance do is required to reserve an item?

We do not have a cut off time for reservations, we take reservations as late as the day of your event for any last minute needs, upon our availability. It is highly recommend a minimum of 2 weeks prior and ideally 2 months in advance to ensure best rates and open available.

Does the price include set up and delivery?

The prices listed does NOT include the set up/delivery/break down fee. Remember prices do not include sales tax. Please ask about delivery fees for more information. When you pay for the delivery option, this covers us setting up and breaking down tents and inflatables only, if those items are on your order. For pick up, please have tables and chairs folded and stacked before the driver arrives.

For baby showers, the win is creating shaded seating, tidy game stations, and a buffet that doesn’t compete with gifts and photos. This guide covers quantities, three layouts, and a timeline. Quantities (Seat 80–90%)

Shade: Pop-ups positioned to create a shaded “hall.” Weight/stake every leg.
Tables: Seating + one gifts/diaper raffle + one dessert + separate drinks.
Chairs: One per guest + 10% buffer for photo rotation.
Linens: One per table + one spare per color.

Three Layouts (25, 45, 70 Guests)

Layout A: 25 Guests

Two pop-ups: seating and buffet; gifts table near entry.
Simple game corner with clipboards; photo wall downwind.

Layout B: 45 Guests

Shade lane of three pop-ups; dual beverage stations; dessert separate.
Mic corner for quick games; task lighting on buffet.

Layout C: 70 Guests

Canopy over main seating + pop-up for buffet; 4’ center aisle.
Trash with lids at both ends; single cord route with cover.

Food & Game Flow

Keep games and gifts away from the buffet line so people don’t cluster. Use lidded chafers and enclosed dispensers. A & B Party Rentals can supply skirting and risers so a backyard buffet looks like a real event.

Timeline (3 Weeks → Pickup)

3 Weeks: Headcount range; yard photos; share with rental rep.
2 Weeks: Reserve shade, tables/chairs, linens, lights, dispensers/chafers, backdrop.
1 Week: Assign roles (greeter, games, buffet, trash, photo).
2–3 Days: Confirm delivery, parking, and wind plan.
Day-Of: Shade first; gifts and games second; buffet last.
After: Stack rentals; bag linens dry; gather clips/cords.

Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

How big are the tents?

We currently have tents that measure 10×10, 10×20, 10×30, 20×20, 20×30, 20×40, 20×60, 30×60 and 30×80.

When do you set up?

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we ask the Customer for a three hour delivery window that best works for them. Also, when your party ends, we may come up to two hours after the end time if we are delayed.

Do you require a deposit?

To secure a reservation all you need to do is call our office with a credit card or debit. This process would hold the Rentals for your date. Once you submit your reservation the cancellation fee is 50% of the entire order amount.

What about parks?

We love setting up at parks, but most parks require a permit to host a party on site. Please be sure to acquire necessary permits prior to your event. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day. Also, it is your responsibility to determine if we can stake the tents or if you’ll need to rent our sand bags to hold down the tents.

Can I Reserve Water Slides at Parks?

Any City & County or State Parks do not allow Water Slide usage. Our Slides can be set up and used as Dry Use only at these locations. Any Private Park, Venue or Residence or Property that you have permission to you can successfully utilize a Water Slide Rental for your Event.
