That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we ask the Customer for a three hour delivery window that best works for them. Also, when your party ends, we may come up to two hours after the end time if we are delayed.

Do you require a deposit?

To secure a reservation all you need to do is call our office with a credit card or debit. This process would hold the Rentals for your date. Once you submit your reservation the cancellation fee is 50% of the entire order amount.

Hawaiʻi Kai evenings bring trades and views. A seamless cocktail party uses the lanai for ambiance and the driveway for circulation—without tripping breakers or crowding the cul-de-sac. This plan dials in cocktail tables, perimeter seating, battery lighting, and tidy food lines. Tables: 30” cocktail rounds on lanai + 4’–6’ buffet inside by outlets.
Chairs: Perimeter seating along walls/planters; +10% buffer.
Linens: Fitted on cocktail tables for wind; standard drops for buffet.

Timeline (3 Weeks → Pickup)

3 Weeks: Headcount and photos of lanai/driveway; share with rental rep.
2 Weeks: Reserve cocktail rounds, chairs, linens, lights, dispensers.
1 Week: Assign roles (greeter, bar, buffet restock, trash patrol).
2–3 Days: Confirm delivery, parking, cord plan; test lights.
Day-Of: Stage ice early; set cocktail tables first; set photo spot last.
After: Stack chairs/tables; bag linens dry; collect clips/cords.

What about parks?

We love setting up at parks, but most parks require a permit to host a party on site. Please be sure to acquire necessary permits prior to your event. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day. Also, it is your responsibility to determine if we can stake the tents or if you’ll need to rent our sand bags to hold down the tents.

How much in advance do is required to reserve an item?

We do not have a cut off time for reservations, we take reservations as late as the day of your event for any last minute needs, upon our availability. It is highly recommend a minimum of 2 weeks prior and ideally 2 months in advance to ensure best rates and open available.

What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up on grass, concrete, and asphalt. We do not set up our rentals on mud or sand. If you’re renting a tent, inflatable game or bouncer then you would have to rent sand bags.

Can I Reserve Water Slides at Parks?

Any City & County or State Parks do not allow Water Slide usage. Our Slides can be set up and used as Dry Use only at these locations. Any Private Park, Venue or Residence or Property that you have permission to you can successfully utilize a Water Slide Rental for your Event.

How big are the tents?

We currently have tents that measure 10×10, 10×20, 10×30, 20×20, 20×30, 20×40, 20×60, 30×60 and 30×80.

Does the price include set up and delivery?

The prices listed does NOT include the set up/delivery/break down fee. Remember prices do not include sales tax. Please ask about delivery fees for more information. When you pay for the delivery option, this covers us setting up and breaking down tents and inflatables only, if those items are on your order. For pick up, please have tables and chairs folded and stacked before the driver arrives.
